Pitlhwa Safaris is owned by Pieter van Aardt who is a full time Professional Hunter (PH) and Hunting Outfitter. We offer Rifle and Bow hunting on more than 30 000 acres of concessions throughout the Limpopo, North West and Free State provinces in South Africa, as well as Mozambique (1 000 square miles). All of these concessions offer a wide variety of species on different habitats to our valued clients. The moderate climate of these concessions can be enjoyed with the knowledge that diseases like malaria and bilharzia (except Mozambique), are absent.

Pitlhwa Safaris also offers the opportunity to clients to hunt in the untamed Wilderness of Coutada 10 area of Mozambique. This concession covers an area in excess of 1000 square miles adjacent to the Marromeu National Park. This area with its wide variety of habitats (Swamps, Grassland and Broad leaf forest) offers a wide range of species like Buffalo, Leopard, plains game species such as Sable, Chobe Bushbuck and some of the best Tiny 10 species like Blue, Red Duiker, Livingstone Suni and the elusive Oribi.
